Serie A Champions, Juventus have decided to cool their interest to sign Chelsea defensive midfielder, N’Golo Kante.
It was alleged earlier this month that Juventus boss, Maurizio Sarri, had wanted the club to sign the France international for £70m.
However, reports said the Italian giants couldn’t make the move due to the high asking price. Besides, Kante’s contract with Chelsea will only expire in four years and the club isn’t likely going to let him go until then.
Kante played for Leicester City and was instrumental for their surprising 2015 Premier League victory before he moved to Chelsea for £30m.
Real Madrid was also allegedly interested in the Midfielder during the summer transfer window amid uncertain futures of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
From Stamford Bridge corner, Lampard wants to strengthen Chelsea squad by targeting Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson and RB Leipzig’s striker Timo Werner in the January transfer window.
