Bayern Munich Beat Olympiakos 2-0 To Seal A Place In The Last 16

The Champions League group game continued on Wednesday and Bayern Munich beat Olympiakos 2-0 to seal a place in the last 16.

Robert Lewandowski, who has scored in all Bundesliga and European games this season, added another by scoring Bayern’s first goal against the Greek side on Wednesday match.

Substitute Ivan Perisic scored the winner at the 89th minute.

This is a perfect comeback for the German club who suffered shocking 5-1 defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday which prompted manager, Niko Kovac, to be sacked.

Assistant coach, Hansi Flick, oversaw Bayern’s victorious match against Olympiakos on Wednesday.

The Greek visitors showed weakness on the pitch and barely made an effort on target. Their chance of remaining in the Champions League will be over if Tottenham Hotspur win Red Star Belgrade later on Wednesday.
