Real Madrid is ready to exchange James Rodriguez for Paul Pogba, according to Spanish El Desmarque.
The Colombia international has struggled to live up to his pricetag in his five years at Real, likewise Pogba who had also openly declared he wanted to leave United.
The France international had been heavily linked to Real Madrid during the summer transfer window but it failed because Real couldn’t meet Man Utd’s asking price £179million.
El Desmarque confirm that Pogba will seek to leave Old Trafford during the January transfer window and Real are still interested in signing him.
However, Pogba hasn’t been in top form as he sustained an ankle injury in September and is not expected to play again till December.
