Alexis Sanchez To Return To Man Utd In The Summer To Revive His Dying Football Career

Chilean striker Alexis Sanchez is reportedly planning to return to Manchester United after his loan deal with Inter Milan expires this summer.

The 31-year-old is currently playing for Inter who are reportedly not ready to sign him on permanent basis.

Sanchez was signed to Manchester United two years ago in a deal that saw Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan, 31, move to Arsenal.

The former Barcelona striker earned  £500,000-a-week ($653,000) during the swap deal. But his big money transfer wasn’t justified as the Chilean had failed to live up to expectations, having scored just five goals in 45 games for United.

Reports have it that Sanchez will retain his No. 7 shirt in United as the premier league side, who currently do not have enough wingers on their roster, are seeking a way to prevent him from securing a permanent contract with the Italian or any other club.

Sanchez, who has two years remaining in his contract with Old Trafford, has only scored one goal in six appearances for Inter Milan having struggled with injuries since his relocation to the club.

He will be returning to United this summer where he will hopefully revive his dying football career.
