Alex Iwobi played a full 90 minutes as Everton held Burnley in a 1-1 draw on Saturday’s Premier League game at Turf Mor.

Burnley took the lead within three minutes of the game through Robbie Brady’s low strike.

But a goal from Dominic Calvert-Lewin cancelled the lead late in the second half after he collected a pass from Richarlison.

Both sides had chances to win the game, only for goalkeepers Jordan Pickford and Nick Pope, the men vying for the England number one shirt, to shine in front of the watching Gareth Southgate.

Everton are now seventh, four points behind leaders Tottenham, while Burnley stay in the bottom three, a point behind 17th-placed Fulham.
