At least five Premier League clubs are battling for the signature of Nigerian midfielder Micheal Oliseh.
Oliseh, who was named on the Super Eagles standby list for this month’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, has been targeted by Leeds United who are also keenly aware of competitions from Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Crystal Palace and Liverpool.
The 19-year-old who is currently under contract with Reading until the end of next season, wants to move on to greener pastures but the Royals want to tie him down to a new contract in order to increase his asking price.
Oliseh is enjoying a fantastic form at Reading, with 15 (5 goals, 10 assists) in 35 appearances in the Championship.
The former U18 France international is said to have £8 million release clause in his contract with Reading.
