Nigerian player Josh Maja first his first goal in eight appearances as Fulham were held by Arsenal on Sunday’s premier league game.
Maja converted a penalty for the relegation-threatened Fulham when VAR spotted Gabriel Magalhaes bringing down Mario Lemina inside the area.
VAR also ruled out Arsenal’s earlier effort as an offside against Bukayo Saka when Dani Ceballos converted Hector Bellerin’s cross just before half-time.
Fulham defended resolutely against the Gunners but Eddie Nketiah broke through the defense and equalised at the last minute.
Meanwhile, Fulham are now six points behind Burnley, who have the chance to stretch that gap when they take on Manchester United in another fixture today.
